Entrepreneurs Be Careful What You Ask For

Have you ever heard the old saying be careful what you ask for you might just get it?

Well, it’s true. As Entrepreneurs we must be very careful what we ask for. Our subconscious mind is programmed to deliver whatever we ask for good or bad.

As Zig Ziglar would say it: “If your thinking is stinking” your results are going to be less than great. What we think about we bring about because everything starts in thought.

Now with that being said, are you now going to be more careful about what you’re thinking and saying?

I sure hope so.

Let me explain how this works…

When we have a thought we can either choose to accept it or reject it. Most of the time we accept it unconsciously because we don’t believe the thought will affect us in any way because… well, it’s just a thought. Right?

Wrong.

Thoughts are things and everything begins in thought. Since everything begins in thought then if we accept a thought the next stage is it must manifest physically.

Now if your thinking is stinking then what do you think your results are going to be like?

Not so good I’m sure…

The issue gets compounded even more so when you take physical action along with the thought. When you speak out loud what you were just thinking good or bad you have now given your unconscious mind direct instructions of what you want.

And since the job of your unconscious mind is to deliver whatever you ask for the question I have for you is are you asking for what you want or what you don’t want?

As you can see as Entrepreneurs we must be very careful about what we ask for. We might just get it and go broke in the process.

If your results are less than spectacular then I suggest this is a good place to start looking. Ask yourself the following questions:

What are you asking for?

What thoughts are going through your mind that don’t serve you?

Are you rejecting those poor thoughts?

Are you blindly accepting the thoughts coming into your mind?

What’s coming out of your mouth?

Are the words you using empowering or disempowering?

To create the success you want as an Entrepreneur you must take control of your thoughts and the words you are using. In order to do that you must train yourself.

Yes your mind requires training. It’s like a little child. If your child didn’t get any guidelines to follow most likely your child would be out of control.
