The Biggest Entrepreneur Challenge… Answered
Last week I asked you to share your biggest challenge with me so I can assist you through it.
I received an overwhelming response to my question and I’ve been going through them very carefully. Now I’m going to start answering the challenges in order. This means the challenge that is most common will be answered first, then the next most common and so on.
I know you’re curious about what the biggest challenge is and if it’s your challenge.
The interesting part about this particular challenge is so many people had the same one that it was a clear winner. It’s also a challenge that I see in most clients that I work with as well.
So here it is…
The biggest challenge is:
Drum roll please…
How do I get people to respond to my offer?
This truly is the $20,000,000 question and I know if you knew how to solve this, it would be much easier for you to become wealthy. So you’re going to have to understand a few things about why people respond or not.
Everyday, people are getting bombarded with 30,000 plus advertisements.
That’s quite a few advertisements isn’t it?
Everywhere you look there are advertisements. When watching television, it seems like there are more commercials than programs. Radio is about the same, lots of commercials. Newspapers have advertisements throughout. Magazines, same thing. Even going down the street, you’ll notice signs advertising just about anything.
It’s even gotten to the point when you’re watching a movie there are very subtle product advertisements going on.
This is why people are very numb to advertising.
I know. You’re advertising is different.
Most likely it isn’t and I’ll get to that later…
The second challenge people face is they are extremely busy and all sorts of things are sucking up their time. If your potential clients are working at a job, I guarantee you they have less time than ever because of a trendy thing called downsizing.
What tends to happen is companies downsize the people but never the workload.
Someone has to do the work, right?
People are working longer hours, which means they also have less time at home to do what they have to do. This situation leaves even less time for relaxation.
What you’re asking people to do is to take the little precious time they have and listen to you and your message. Can you see why they may not be all that interested in listening to you?
First of all, you must understand it’s not your fault. This has nothing to do with you. It’s just how people have been conditioned and now you have to deal with the conditioning.
Second. It has nothing to do with your products and services either.
I’m sure you’re offering great products and services… And by some slim chance, if you’re not offering a great product or service, you shouldn’t be in business. Sorry to have to say this but there are some people out there just in it for the money and themselves and don’t care about their clients.
I’m sure this isn’t you because you wouldn’t be reading this article on how to be a better Entrepreneur if it was, would you?
So, what’s the real problem here? What is it that keeps potential clients from wanting your offer?
It could be a number of things. But before I give you the answers I really want you to think about some possible solutions on your own. I know you already know the answer inside. You just don’t realize it or you’re in denial.
In order to succeed as an Entrepreneur you must Take Action and fully participate. To help you with this I’m going to give you some questions I want you to really think about and write down the answers that come to you.
This is how you become a stronger and better Entrepreneur.
If you haven’t been creative in the past about problem solving this is the time to get back in touch with your creativity. You had creativity as a child and then when you went to school your creativity was stolen from you and you didn’t even know it.

Using the Discover Writing Method answer the following Questions:
- What makes my offer attractive to others?
- Why would someone want to do business with me?
- What’s different about your offer than someone elses?
- What could I do differently to get more clients interested?
Answer these questions and I know you’re going to learn something about your offer, your prospects, and yourself.
