When I had a J O B the company I worked for told all of us we are like one big family. However when the bottom line didn’t meet investors expectations, we were treated like a number. They didn’t care how valuable we were to the company. They only thing they were concerned about was the bottom line. So then they cut arbitrarily.

So how do you prevent this from happening to you?

Be your own boss. Start a business where no one but you can dictate your future. No one will ever be able to tell you what you are worth either. As an entrepreneur you get to determine what you do and how much you will earn. Best of all, the only person that can fire you is you!

So if you think it’s risky being a business owner look around. It is far more secure being in your own business because you have money coming from many sources i.e. your customers. Where a job has only one source of income.

Make the decision today to never be in this trap again. Become an entrepreneur. I assure you once you have done it you will never go back.
