Buiding Passive Income as an Entrepreneur

Many of you have been wondering what I was doing in Las Vegas. Now that I’m back I will share with the Wealth Building strategies to:

- Increase your net worth
- Increase your cash flow
- And build long term wealth.

My wife and I had a great time working on creating real wealth and passive income with real estate. We even took some time off to see a great show. The best part is that I can deduct the entire trip. I’ll discuss more of those strategies with you later.

If you ever in Las Vegas I recommend you go see Gordie Brown at the Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel. He is a great impersonator and comedian. You will laugh all night long.

Las Vegas is a great market for real estate. Real estate is one of the best vehicles to build real wealth. Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing markets in the United States. It has done exceptionally well over the past few years and will continue to do so for a while even though it has slowed down. The strategies used several years ago are not going to work well in today’s market. You must be able to do things differently and think like a real estate tycoon.

But how do I do that? Where do I start?

Let me introduce you to a way you can achieve real wealth. Read on…

My partner Dolf de Roos and I have a newsletter that will help you become a great investor. Whether you are a novice investor, an intermediate investor, or a full time professional real estate investor, in this newsletter we will share new and exciting insights into the world of real estate investing. You will learn the hidden strategies of world renowned real estate tycoon Dolf de Roos, author of 8 books including the New York Times best seller Real Estate Riches. These strategies have never before been revealed to the public.

I have long recognized that successful people have strategies to develop wealth. Many successful people teach others what they know but can only convey part of the story – the part that they consciously do. What they don’t tell you is what they do subconsciously. How could they? Since these things are subconscious they are hidden even to them. It’s not that they are withholding information willfully just to sell you more products or services later on - They do this without thinking about it as if they are on autopilot. It happens so naturally that these successful people don’t even recognize that these hidden strategies are critical components of their success.

I teamed up with Dolf and worked together with him for over 9 months to uncover Dolf’s hidden residential real estate strategies so that you too can get the benefit of what he does without even knowing it. I tested the hidden strategies using my own money to ensure that they worked. Others have also tested the process with great results.

Dolf and I have shared our findings in a book entitled: Hidden Strategies of a Real Estate Tycoon: The Inner Thinking of Dolf de Roos. In this book I uncover 38 hidden strategies of residential real estate investing. Hidden Strategies of a Real Estate Tycoon covers everything from psychological aspects to the how to’s of investing. This book is at the publishers working on a date for release, but you can start reaping the benefits of this work through this newsletter.

In forthcoming newsletters we will give you valuable information to help get you started in real estate investing or to take you to the next level. Dolf and I look forward to serving you and hearing about your real estate investing successes.
