A friend of my Dave sent me this article which I found most interesting. The article discusses the gap between the rich and poor. So you might be thinking big deal I know that. Why would I care?
That’s a good question.
The reason you should care is which side of the statistic are you on? And more importantly how are the rich doing it? Have I got your attention?
The rich get richer because they know something most poor people don’t. They work for themselves and not someone else who determines how much they make. This is why it is so important for you to get moving in your own business. There are so many advantages of having your own business versus having a job.
The key to owning your own business is you get to pay yourself and your bills first before you pay taxes. This tip is huge and can save you tens of thousands of dollars each year. When you have a job you pay taxes first and what ever is left over you keep. Not a good plan.
There are many other advantages of having your own business as well. You are the boss and no one can fire you. You get to set your own hours and work when you want to. You can’t do that in a job.
There are signs all around you that are letting you know that being and entrepreneur is the way to go. So what’s stopping you? FEAR!
Most of my clients are suffering from FEAR and most likely you are too. I know I went through this phase in my life as well. Now that I’ve been self employed for years I am psychologically unemployable. I could never go back to a job. Plain and simple it is not satisfying to me and offers no benefits. How did I do it? I broke through the fear which is only in your mind.
So what is the best way to break through the FEAR? A good book I found is called Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers. It’s a great book to have in addition to Wealth Without a Job.
So take action today and break through your fear.
